Regional incentives for supply chain agreements have encouraged several organic producers to plant durum wheat. Much work is needed to connect the production and transformation supply chain to Sardinian food craft businesses and to build local market (cheese and sheep milk); directly manages 4 retail outlets (Emporio del Naturale and Germoglio) in the Cagliari area and three stalls at the Via Po market in Cagliari. Present in the local, national, and international markets. Provides members with free technical assistance, support in production planning, conditioning, and marketing of products in the organic market. Prepares and implements informational and promotional campaigns and development projects in organic farming and natural nutrition.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Sardinian Organic Wheat and Bread and Pasta<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sardinian organic wheat is cultivated by the cooperative&#8217;s producers using only natural substances, as per community regulations that guarantee and certify organic production. The harvesting and drying process is carried out in such a way as to maintain the nutritional values of the wheat, as is the processing for product transformation. White pasta, whole semolina pasta, fresh bread, guttiau bread, and carasau bread are produced in respect of tradition and artisanal processing.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>MISSION <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We have believed in organic farming and circular economy paths since we were founded over 42 years ago, when we were called utopists and philosophers and there were no contributions for organic. We want to help build S\u2019Atra Sardigna, another Sardinia, based on environmental sustainability, respect for consumer health, and the enhancement of local traditions, but without hostility towards
