I Cagliaritani Qui Sardegna is a company specialized in the production of high-quality dry pasta (Fregula and Malloreddus), both conventional and organic. I Cagliaritani Qui Sardegna guarantees flexible production with a long shelf life.
The company ensures the quality of its productions by following strict quality control protocols provided by production and packaging specifications. Experience, complete management of the production process, and the flexibility of the plants allow the company to offer customized lines according to market needs and customer requests, with defined minimum purchase lots.
Pasta production process:
– Origin of wheat: Sardinia – Italy
– Traceability of wheat from cultivation to transformation
– Absence of pesticides and contaminants in the wheat used
– Bronze drawing
– Slow drying for 9/12 hours
Drying temperature: never above 50 degrees

From the vocation for the territory, the goal of using possibly only Sardinian wheat. The grains used are prized varieties that have not undergone alterations due to modern genetic manipulation techniques, in order to preserve nutritional content.
