INNOVATIVE ORGANIC PROJECT EVERYWHERE.
project summary
The focus of the South Sardinia and Sulcis Archipelago BioDistrict strategy is to promote itself both internally and externally, to expand its social base and strengthen internal connections between supply chains and members by creating structured yet flexible networks.
The strategic aims of the BioDistrict are to maintain constant and systematic social dialogue between different actors (public and private) in territorial development, ensuring that everyone’s needs are integrated into shared, sustainable, and effective actions.
These actions aim to improve residents’ quality of life, enhance work quality and competitiveness of agri-food businesses, tourism, services, and green economy, while respecting the environment and sustainability criteria. All this must be aimed at increasing the active protection of natural, social, and cultural heritage, as well as reducing and optimizing the use of natural resources and energy consumption.
Maximum and equal collaboration between all promoting parties is fundamental, and establishing clear and articulated multilevel governance becomes crucial.
